The essence of combining the best part of different industry does inspire me and match with my motto - be-rounded and learning the best part of different areas. |Currently, I am assigned to the team of external operation, this provides me with a lot of opportunities to handle merger and acquisition projects, collaboration and joint venture with external parties as well as setting up the new stores or even brands. With these opportunities, I believe every Management Trainee could learn a lot about business management through actively involving in not only observing but making many corporate decisions.
