General Manager, Medical Center
(The Hong Kong Polytechnic University - BBA (Hons) in Global Supply Chain Management) |As a fresh graduate , the sense of uncertainty for the future career is always something unavoidable. Yet I can however define myself better now after my commencement with ECH and this is something absolutely rare and valuable. Having been allocated to the Group Human Resources Department for my first job rotation and being the key person for various projects, the Group has offered me a great deal of autonomy as an Management Trainee. My initiatives, views and plans can always be voiced out and accepted by the Management. Yes, I have to roll my sleeves for work but I am also making significant decisions and substantial contributions on top of that. |Human Resources may not be something that I am familiar with, so every process and project is a great learning opportunity and also a challenge for me. But I am not walking alone because whenever difficulties and frustrations arises, CEO, COO and my manager will definitely back me up with guidance and their experience. Not only helping me to grow, but I can feel the genuine care and attention they put in the MT program.
