Established in 2012, UMH management trainee program aims at cultivating young and energetic talents for our group. Having a strong commitment to groom and develop future business leaders, our Management Trainee Program offers the opportunity for you to equip yourself with hands-on exposure to our operations and business strategies in full spectrum. Throughout the 2 years management trainee program, you will be supervised directly by our CEO Eddy Tang, COO Gabriel Lee and other department heads, closely mentoring and transforming you into a successful management.

 

As a rapidly expanding corporate, you would have the opportunity to explore various businesses under the supervision of the experienced management. By the end of the program, our senior executive will allocate the trainees into different roles, based on your performance and the needs of the corporate.
