Training and Development
Our 24-month program provides Management Trainees with abundant learning opportunities to gain all-round exposure. The Management Trainees will receive on-the-job training in various business functions within the Group including our Mainland China portfolios. They will obtain a thorough understanding about the property industry, company culture, the Group's core business and the operations of different departments. The trainees will also shadow our Directors in which they can develop leadership competencies through close communication with senior management.
Trainees will be assigned a graduation project before completion of the program.It is a consolidation and demonstration of their knowledge acquisition during the 24-month training. Besides, they will participate in many research projects and get involved in the dynamic discussions with our senior executives.
